What's off about it is the bad resolution of the wall/hallway... I'm guessing that was from Gettyimages, so I'll go on and assume that you accidentally downloaded the image at the wrong file size. Unless it was your intent to make the girl in the foreground look stiff like a mime, I'd suggest you take the shadow away from underneath her hands. Another thing that could help with the perspective would be to blur the girl in the background, so it's almost like a photo... the focus is on the girl in the foreground, so everything else is out of focus...
